Kostyantyn Korolov
CEO, Manufacturing Director
Easypractice company was established in by talented engineer, medical volunteer and enthusiast Kostyantyn Korolov in Kiev, Ukraine. Kostyantyn is a Manufacturing Director and the President of Easypractice. He successfuly passed the courses in “Dragon’s Lair” training school of US Army in Europe. Graduated training school Paramed CZ in Krumlov, Czech Republic. Later, he delivered his knowleedge at different rescue training cources to more that 10 thousand listeners. Being an active volunteer during 2013-2015 years in the East Ukrainian military conflict, he provided an urgent medical help to thousands of wounded in the East and was honored with a National medal “For Saved Lives”. Later he got back to Kiev and decided to put together his deep knopwledge, huge practical experience and a bigdream of saving as many lives as possible. He put together a team of engineers and medical specialists to present the most realistic, durable, and easy-to-use simulators and human injury moulage items on Ukrainian market.
The full-scale russian occupants invasion into Ukraine on February 24, 2022 brought the harmful lost of a part of Easy Practice business in Kharkiv and Kherson regions. Despite this fact, under the continuous rocket and drones attacks on Kyiv, Easy Practice did their best – to to provide much-needed supplies for Ukrainian combat instructors. Working day and night, despite the fact of permanent blackouts and raid alerts, Kostyantyn and Oleg manufactured thousands of high quality simulation products and restored the supply and production of their business.
When partners established and re-launched major business processes, they decided to join the special corp of the armed forces of Ukraine to defend their families, business and the motherland from the occupants.

Oleg Pentsov joined EasyPractice as managing partner, Sales&Marketing Director in 2021. He has a 15+ years of sales and marketing experience on key positions in top global companies as well as a business owner.
“I still remember the first visit to EasyPractice manufacture. I thought I got into the parallel Universe for a moment, I’ve never seen anything like this before. That was the first time in my life seeing moulage and simulators, but I already knew what I would do to make EasyPractice a successful global company. After two-hours talk with Kostyantyn I decided to sell my share in the previous business and proudly joined EasyPractice team!
